Who We Are

We established Navigate Solutions to address a requirement in the Irish motor industry for independent specialists with local knowledge to coach and support retailers to maximise their Sales and Aftersales potential.

We can call upon over 50 years' experience in the nuances and challenges of the Irish motor industry. We successfully steered a premium dealer network to continued success as board directors of BMW Group Ireland.

NSI is unique in that we combine a very strong commercial ‘hands on’ background and experience working in the Irish automotive market. Our credibility comes from being two well established and highly regarded directors with three of the leading brands in Ireland, we have proven records in a very performance driven organisation and culture.

We have a wide range of contacts across all facets of the Irish motor industry which we can call upon for further support as required.

We were selected to develop and host several business performance improvement programmes hosted by the SIMI and the government national training agency Skillnet, including their prestigious Automotive Senior Manager Programme. These have been very well supported with participants from NSCs, Importers and franchise dealers.

    Board Director with over 25 years' experience in senior sales and aftersales commercial and operational roles. Speciality areas: Aftersales process and commercial development, Used Car management, sales process, customer experience and retention, strategic planning and programme implementation. Market experience in the UK, Ireland, Africa and the Middle East.

    Board Director with 30 years' experience in national sales and marketing with leading brands in the motor and retail sectors. 30-year association with the SIMI at various levels including the NEC.

    Speciality areas: New and Used Car sales, marketing, corporate communications, strategic planning, organisation design and succession planning.
